  • There are glaring typos in this book. The information may be good but I couldn't get past page 23 titled "3-WEAK MEAL PLAN". I guess they meant 3-WEEK MEAL PLAN. Where was the proof reader? Really presents an unprofessional image.
  • I have been looking for low carb Keto meals and I was so excited to see this cookbook and loved the reviews. I guess I am too picky about what I want to cook and eat.
    I will definitely try a handful of the recipes and share them with others!
  • On Page 23 is a suggested menu plan ("Weak Meal Plan") odd name, but there are no page numbers to be able to find those mentioned recipes. You can find the recipe but you have to locate the recipe on the table of contents. Most recipe books would list the appropriate page numbers to make finding the recipe easier. Not impressed.
  • The book was thinner than I expected. The print is large which some may say that means less content but it's nice for my middle aged eyes ). I haven't tried the recipes yet so will update when I have. Disappointed that there aren't any pictures of the recipes.
  • The recipes are good if you can ignore the poor job of editing and proof reading. I do have a question for the author on the nutritional information. Are the carbs listed the net carbs and are the sugars included? For example, the nutritional information for page 43, Ranch Chicken Breasts with Cheese, lists 2.9g Carbs and 3.1g Sugars. Does this mean 6 total carbs per serving? Usually sugars are a subset of carbs. Thanks.
