Triathlon Anatomy Mark Klion Troy Jacobson 9781450421386 Books Reviews

  • Great book with useful exercises. Many of these can be done with bands so great for travelling when you want to stay in shape. Buy it with some bands and you will be set.
  • I use Coach Troy's spinerval series & grabbed this book when I saw him associated w/ it. Simple in design yet gives great detail into the inter-relationship of training, what muscle groups need what type of training, what sports benefits from what training & even gives great advise on stretching & core training. A must have for not just the triathlete but anyone who wants to learn how to & what to train to be the athlete they want to become. Highly recommend it!

  • Triathlon Anatomy. It's like an anatomy book for triathletes....
No but for real, this book I think is very helpful. I've always wondered what muscles certain exercises are working out or what exercises I can do to reach other muscles. This book tells you and shows you.
  • I really liked this book and have bought two more as gifts. Provide weight training exercises to do for different parts of the body and explains why it is good as well as diagrams of the exercises and parts of muscles you are working.
  • Wonderful, it a great book to link exercises , muscles and sport in a very clear explanation great great book
  • It is very detailed with explanations and pictures for everything. It is very well broken down. I also own the "Anatomy of a Swimmer" and love it too. Great for beginner and seasoned athletes.
  • Although it's hardly anything I did not know, the format of this book makes it a great reference for building a sound strength oriented workout geared toward triathlons.
  • Great book! I recommend it widely
